An existing shop has been transformed into a viable residence for the on-site caretaker, and contains an office, and multipurpose classroom, laboratory and display area.
This “Dig House” is centrally located on the MCBONES Research Center Property, which also contains its own onsite well and water supply.
Enhancements of the laboratory capabilities at the Coyote Canyon Mammoth Site provide teachers and students with the necessary tools to extend and enhance science, technology, engineering, and math learning beyond the classroom in the context of solving real world problems.
